I don't understand you. I currently use 2 Phonak Savia 311 BTE aids. They're all super power HAs. If without vent, I likely live in hell :roll:
Thank djchur for sharing! My audiologist & Phonak fitting software suggest me to use vent for right earmould: 1.0mm. But with 2mm vent size, I still feel occlusion so much. :(

I have used 2 BTE Phonak Savia 311 hearing aids for 6 years. But I couldn't get used to my earmold.
Here is my audiogram:
Freq: 250 500 1000 2000 4000 8000
Right: 25 40 70 65 60 50
Left: 60 70 75 70 60 50
Currently my left mold vent's size...
People all know that testing our ears spends 2 periods:
1. Test Air Conduction.
2. Test Bone Conduction.
But, why in fitting HAs, audiologist doesn't enter Bone conduction line to fitting software?
If audiologist enter BC line, what will happen with our HAs?
Is anyone similar to me...

Yes, FM system is worthwhile for me! With it, I can hear well, similarly to other students in my class and I can understand lessons very quickly. I love it very much!!!

FM system is very expensive. I only bough one ML9S reciever and one Campus S. Because one ML9S cost 1450USD = the cost of Campus S. I am going to buy another ML9S reciever for my right HA. A few year later, when I feel necessary I will buy a Smartlink SX transmiter. FM hearing system help me...
