AliciaM, My audiologist is having a lot of problems getting the software needed to make adjustments on my Naida I SP, also she is not getting any info on the upgrade from SP to UP. Phonak USA is being very stubborn about it.

I have looked around online, the only thing that looks good so far is this [Mod Note: spam link removed] but I don't know if it's good enough or teaches the correct standard.

ok I have been reading all the posts in this thread, which bring me up to a question. How did you all manage to TEST the different type of HA's. I have been to a couple of audiologists now, and not once was I offered to test out any HA's so how is it possible?
