That reminds me of one that I went to in New York and in Texas years ago. :)
 
i love going there every year.. here in minnesota have a ASL intepreting on one saturday.
 
its fun, I've went there once in minnesota -- theres a lot of stuff you can do there as well. :) I don't mind going again. I enjoyed it last year.
 
The festival is so much fun! I went 2 years out of the 4 I lived in md and it was pretty interesting and entertaining...sadly i didn't have an outfit but i bought a little hat kind of thing that went around your head and it had ribbons..It was cute...lol
