Make a personal reflection about this. Very interesting, and please read until the end...

It is written in the Bible (Galatians 6:7): "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Here are some men and women who mocked God:

JOHN LENNON:
Some years before, during his interview with an American Magazine, he said:
"Christianity will end, it will disappear. I do not have to argue about that. I am certain. Jesus was ok, but his subjects were too simple, Today we are more famous than Him" (1966). Lennon, after saying that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, was shot six times.

TANCREDO NEVES (President of Brazil):
During the Presidential campaign, he said if he got 500,000 votes from his party, not even God would remove him from Presidency. Sure he got the votes, but he got sick a day before being made President, then he died.

CAZUZA (Bi-sexual Brazilian composer, singer and poet):
During a show in Caneco ( Rio de Janeiro ), whilst smoking his cigarette, he puffed out some smoke into the air and said:
"God, that's for you." He died at the age of 32 of AIDS in a horrible manner.

THE MAN WHO BUILT TITANIC:
After the construction of Titanic, a reporter asked him how safe the Titanic would be. With an ironic tone he said:
"Not even God can sink it" The result: I think you all know what happened to the Titanic.

MARILYN MONROE:
She was visited by Billy Graham during a presentation of a show. He said the Spirit of God had sent him to preach to her. After hearing what the Preacher had to say, she said: < /FONT>"I don't need your Jesus". A week later, she was found dead in her apartment.

BON SCOTT:
The ex-vocalist of the AC/DC. On one of his 1979 songs he sang:
"Don't stop me, I'm going down all the way, down the highway to hell".
On the 19th of February 1980, Bon Scott was found dead, he had been choked by his own vomit.

CAMPINAS/SP IN 2005
In Campinas, Brazil a group of friends, drunk, went to pick up a friend. The mother accompanied her to the car and was so worried about the drunkenness of her friends and she said to the daughter - holding her hand, who was already seated in the car:
"MY DAUGHTER, GO WITH GOD AND MAY HE PROTECT YOU."

She responded:
"ONLY IF HE (GOD) TRAVELS IN THE BOOT, CAUSE INSIDE HERE IT'S ALREADY FULL"
Hours later, news came by that they had been involved in a fatal accident, everyone had died, the car could not be recognized what type of car it had been, but surprisingly, the boot was intact. The police said there was no way the boot could have remained intact. To their surprise, inside the boot was a crate of eggs, none were broken.....
Boot means trunk.

Many more important people have forgotten that there is no other name that was given so much authority as the name of Jesus. Many have died but only Jesus died and rose again, and he is still alive.

P.S: If it was a joke, you could have sent it to everyone. So are you going to have courage to send this?. I have done my part, Jesus said "If you are embarrassed about me, I will also be embarrassed about you before my father."

What benefit does it have, if a man gains the whole world but loses his soul? What can man give in exchange for his soul? (Matthew 16:26).

I can't find much information on these to, due most likely to their obscurity. However, I'm sure there is reason enough to doubt the circumstances considering the misinformation we've been given, thus far. Either that or God hates Brazil?

There were hundreds, if not thousands of workers who built the Titannic. The mere fact this figure is not named wholehandedly compromises the credibility of this story. I find it funny how the author of this can flawlessly quote the person in question, yet they can't name him? Lord Pirrie, Thomas Andrews, or J Bruce Ismay, and Alexander Carlisle were all the heads of designing the Titanic. So which person was it?

After doing a little looking, it wasn't apparently said not by "the main who built Titanic" but a deck hand.

1. The band is AC/DC. Not The AC/DC. And no, that name does not stand for "Anti-Christ Devil Child." It refers to electrical current flow. You know? "Alternating Current/Direct Current?" This is just another example of the ignorance spout off in Christian propaganda pieces like this.
2. Not only is this dismissable is purely coincidence because it happened a year later, but what about the HUNDREDS of other artists who mock God much worse? God just doesn't like AC/DC?

If you're god is a murderous, vengeful, maniacal deity, then I'll choose AC/DC anyday.

If Jesus and God are the all-loving being they're billed to be, why the murder spree. If all this is true, your god's pride and self-love have a body count. Why would you want to worship a god that will kill you because she can't take a joke?

I'd really like to know who wrote this. Perhaps someone employeed by Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, or James Dodson? It's suspicious that no credit is given. Perhaps its due to the author being embarassed by the misinformation and uncited sources. If any piece of rhetoric is to be taken seriously, it should be mandatory for them to include their sources. This entire thing is just laughable.

After I finished reading CherokeeEagle's post about "Never Mock God", I thought wow. I got the same story from my cousin last year. I truly believe it.

I believe in this. I think that God made the decision to pick those people like Marilyn Moore, etc for some reasons. It's about individuals. Other people may mock to God but never died right away because God can see people's hearts. God knows everyone and we don't know everyone's hearts. God can see people's hearts (feelings) like evil or not. Sometimes we are so blinded that we thought this person is a very good person but the truth is that inside of the person is so evil that he or she doesn't want people to know like won't show their true feelings. Some people show and some other people don't show. God can see all of people's hearts. It's hard to explain. I hope you understand me.

Yes, it is not very funny to mock to God. People who mock to God which is the most horrible insulting.

Again, God knows everyone, their hearts, their true thoughts that He can see us all and we don't and can NOT see everyone's truly deep in their hearts.

So, God chose few or some people.

I'm a Christian; but when Christian people put together stories that carry a death threat against others who don't share the same beliefs or worship the same God, this is very un-Christian-like.

This makes me (a Christian) want to challenge your own individual beliefs--obviously so biased, slanted, and skewed as Guido stated. Maybe you should ask yourself two questions:

1. Do you believe in Christianity because you were raised by parents and the community to believe that way? Remember, what gets reinforced early on in childhood may require self-examination to find if you've been programmed that way, or because you made it out of a conscious and self-educated decision-making process. As kids, our brains are much more easily brainwashed.

2. Or have you chosen Christianity out of an educated decision, with knowledge of other religions and cultures not taught to you by your own church?
