My size pant is a 9 :)

What about you guys?

I am not gonna say this...but when I loose weigh I'll like to see myself back to 8/10. I miss that size!!!

Too Too Big

FelixKat, You are so funny. I am size 14-16 Depending on the syle and Brand. But I miss being in a 9-10. Slowly loosing weight. It's harder to loose when you're not even 39 anymore. :giggle:

Is it necessary to create a thread asking people what pant size they are wearing? You know its not polite to ask and its kind of rude.

i used to wear size 7/8 before i got preggy with TJ.. now im trying to lose weight... still long way to go.. :D

Those who don't want to answer don't have to, so technically it's not rude.

i agree with gnulinuxman.. they dont have to answer this? so not rude .. its their choice if they want to answer this or not but they are not REQUEST to.. :D

Actually, it is not polite to ask people what pant sizes they are wearing. Its none of your business anyway. I don't go asking people in real life what pant size they are wearing because they will feel offend by it and it is RUDE. Not polite to be asking that kind of question. :ugh2:

How would you like if I ask what is your penis size? Bra size? I mean that is absurd, no need to know.

You all women know that no two brands have the same sizing chart!! So "What is your size for pants" will follow a next question: "WHICH brand???"

So far I can fit in size 10 for some brands (Old navy), size 13 for Lee's, and so on... I can get into smaller sizes (low as 8!!!) if I buy women's pants however if I want to wear snazzy juniors' pants, I have to go high (13, 15!) because the juniors' pants are designed for young women with *flat* butt... *think-- a walking stick!*

So yes, I am blaming it all on my big butt.
I doubt I can get any lower than size 10 due to my wide hips. I still can lose weight (in areas of... my butt and my thighs!) but my waist is skinny as it can go-- I can hurt people with my bony pelvic alone.

I learned last year when I went into this NICE fancy-schmany women's store (The Loft, I think) that the top does have it own sizing chart in numbers (not "S", "M", "L" etc)... so when I tried to figure out my size, I assumed the size for my pants was just the same as my top size so I took size 13 top-- and it was TOO BIG! So I tried on 11, 10, 9, 8 and It turned out that 8 was my top size...
I never knew that top and bottom are different. It just makes it difficult for us women to figure out our sizes for EACH brand, EACH piece of apparel and many more! Geez! Thanks a lot, Fashion!
I guess it could be because I grew up in the cruel world of juniors where I am accustomed being called "X-L", "size 15" .... I am SO glad to enter the REAL women's world-- Size 8, Size 10! WHEE!~

that is different.. it is just clothing? but when it come to bra size, penis size, and etc.. yes that is no one's business .. if someone did ask this then they are pervert!

you guys don't get it? Ok those examples I gave is bad examples.

Why it is NOT polite to ask is becase if you tell them you are wearing size pant, for example, 40. They'd know if you are thin or fat. Why do they need to know if you are thin or fat by telling them what pant size you are wearing?

Suppose some people reading here about sizes and they are feeling uncomforable about it and you know it does affect their self-esteem, I'm not saying it affects everyone but some of them do. I think you shouldn't bring or questioning their pant sizes because again its not manner to ask.

Would you be asking them how much they weigh? NO? Why not? Its same concept as pant sizes. Please be considerate of others. :)

Well shrugs :dunno:

I don't agree with AnnyGuy, It is not rude, just ask a simple question. they can have right to not answer or want to tell share, it up to everyone.

mine is 38/30 or 40/30. it is alot of weight, i need to go down.
