No, there are a lot of people complained about abortion after legalized in 1973.

There are a lot of restriction with abortion nowadays when compare to 1973.

More than 50% Americans oppose to abortion.

Gay marriage isn't face more criticism as abortion, especially mainline Catholics and Christians support gay marriage, but oppose to abortion.

There are many pro-confederate southerners support gay marriage, especially several of my friends.

Sorry dude I am not "like one of those immature people"

I don't mind change, I accept it even if it's probably something stupid, I am happy that gay marriage was legalized for example(but the LGBT community still has a LONG way to go regarding other issues) but what I DO mind is people making changes going too far where it has nothing to do with the original topic in question.

You still can't seem to let go that others have a different view/opinion than yours and keep telling them what to do...maybe you yourself in your own words, should move on OMG!

Sure, I understand that everyone has opinions to share with us. However, if they expect their opinions and/or complaints about an issue to reverse the decision that's already made, that's why I said that they have to move on because their opinions/complaints don't matter to those politicians who voted for it to be removed as well as business owners/CEOs who cancel the products. As for TV Land and other businesses like Amazon, simply don't watch TV Land and/or buy anything from Amazon if you are not happy with their decision.

People, I apologize for what I said before, I didn't mean to stop you from expressing your thoughts or complaining about something. As for me, whenever there's a decision made politically or business-wise, I accept the change and move on, even though I don't like the decision because it's useless for me to bitch about it.

Without KKK, a lot of black people still view this Confederate flag as a racism. Remember one link provided in this thread or another thread that shows the poll. I believe that over 80% of black people view it as a racism. Of course, they are not members of Black Panthers.

How would you tell them that it's not?

You are not making any sense - KKK has been around since 1865 after reconstruction started and there is no such as without KKK. The racism awareness of confederate flag didn't start until 1930s when hate groups symbolize confederate flag as white supremacist. Black people are offended of confederate flag is very, very, very old - it has been around since 1950s and that's not new anyway - that is only new to you because you have no idea about what flag means to you with all politically correctness crap.

Confederate flag is representing the heritage and they are flying in historical area, that's fact, period.

There are many blacks in southern states see confederate flag as heritage. You never, never, never visit southern states so throw your internet modem in trash and go out to traveling. The internet is not reliable source to see about truth matter about confederate flag. Over 90% of confederate flags flying are not associated with hate groups and racism.

You didn't give a reason why they did it.

Anyway, if black men joined the South army, it was because they were forced to. If they refused, they would get killed. You know better than that.

That is not true - you learned from biased history. You don't know about what military draft means. Most blacks joined the confederate army by their choice, not drafted as exchange for freedom from slavery. Most whites were drafted, much more than blacks, also back in 1860, CSA had around more than 50% black.

If you are drafted to military and refuse to serve so you will face jail time or execution, that was normal punishment in 1860 that where a lot of crimes were punished by execution, also the North executed people for not serve the military that they drafted.

You are clueless about real history of CSA.

Excuse me, if I were a slave in the South and joined the South army, it's because I was forced to. It's very obvious. It doesn't make sense for a suffering slave to join the South army to support the South. The South wanted slaves to fight for the white people, not for them. SMH

Oh wow, that is one of ignorant post that I have seen and you proved me that you are clueless.

There were a lot of racism in northern states and many black people killed by white people in northern states.

Southern states were first region to end the slavery before northern states did.

Slavery was morally acceptable in 1800s.

It does take a minute for the video to come on , I really don't like the way nightly news updated their web site, their CC is a pain in the butt to use.

It was good to see that no one came to rally with the KKK , they thought more people would support them. Maybe this rally get people to move on , people can fly the Confederate flag in front of their own home on their cars and truck . I seen trucks from NH with a Confederate flag in my city a few time. I don't want to see people getting hurt or killed b/c of the flag being taken down. Removing the Confederate flag is not going stop people like Roof from committing mass murder in a Black church again , we have a long way to go before there is no more racial issues and I think it will never happen.

You better read up on your history. Black soldiers were not allowed to fight for the South until March 13, 1865, which was less than one month before the end of the Civil War. Prior to that the Southerners were afraid to give black slave weapons out of fear that they would turn against their owners. There were only a couple thousand blacks who joined and they paled in comparison to the more than 200,000 that served the North. Also there is no record of Black soldiers actually fighting for the South in combat situations, the served primarily as unofficial non combat soldiers as servants, cooks and laborers.

80%? Where are you getting the numbers? Nationwide? Just in one state? How big is the polled group?

Seems rather high to me- I could see 55%-60% maybe but 80?

Or is that "CrazyPaul Poll"?
