LEOs are not allowed to use pepper spray??

I tried to help in getting the guideline on that very subject but got this "I'm not asking ya!"
:dunno:

She's just standing there doing nothing, and it looks like she turns around because she wants to walk away from the front of the crowd. So the pig starts pulling on her neck scarf from behind, choking her. Notice the female cop who was standing directly next to her and had no problem with her. WTF?

Let's see Kokofacist and the honorary airportcop try and justify this police brutality.

Yeah...

What about my friend who was manhandled? She was doing NOTHING!

We have no idea what happened before this, what was said, or if the police made a request. We can see resisting though. *shrug*

If what they said true, then the video is fake. But I am sorry, I am not buy it...

I think she is probably lying about the miscarriage and perhaps being pregnant altogether. I guess we will have to wait for evidence

I think she was doing more than nothing. I blew up the video, slowed it down and watched it on a larger screen. You can see her reach into the pouch of the taller person with her left hand right before she is grabbed. I have a friend trying to clear the picture up. It also appears they were questioning the taller person and the taller person lifted their are at one point to show they had nothing. That is just speculation though.

Question is, what is in her hand.... :dunno:

It looks like she was pulling up the strap of something, probably a bag to prevent it from falling down.

The police officier overreacted.

That's what it looks like at full speed. When slowed down that doesn't appear to be the case.

So, you're a security guard.:laugh2:

I was thinking oh he's a rent a cop... but that's a nicer way of putting it.

From the keyboard of a security guard!:laugh2:

But video tape of them in action certainly does spell guilt.

A) That is a disgraceful way to treat a new member after his first post

B) You are wrong again, Airport police are very much police officers

The APD achieved status as a criminal justice agency in June of 2002 and it is recognized by Missouri Department of Public Safety as a stand alone law enforcement agency.

For the California law regarding pepper spray? Look it up yourself. I'm not your gopher.

Just protecting the protesters. They can leave at any time, I said. How can it be false imprisonment if they can voluntarily get up and leave at any time?

Oh, I missed the part about them being able to leave if they each get up individually. So, um, what's the point of guarding them? Don't see what you're getting at there . . .

There was no automatic judgement on his part. He said he doesn't have all the details and information behind the moves to make that judgement call. Just by viewing a video doesn't explain everything.

Right. . . First off, why don't you let him do his own defense, if he even cares enough. Secondly, his, "Well, I can't prove anything, but I'm sure they did something wrong!" mentality is exactly what is wrong with police officers in this country.

"Trying to help" is exactly what you were doing.

Manhandled? Looks like they are arresting her and she is resisting by grabbing another protester to me. :dunno: I don't see and brutality

Resisting arrest is a separate charge.

If she was doing something wrong, why is the officer who was standing right next to her not doing anything? We have a good friend of this person right here saying that she was doing nothing. Obviously that's not good enough for you two honchos. Naw, she MUST have done something wrong! She must have! It's always the OWS people's fault! Never the cops! The majority of people who see this video see a young woman being choked by a POS cop. You two see a young woman breaking the law. You two are both disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.

No more disgraceful than the way you comment about service members involved in the Occupy movement, simply because you don't like their political views.

A) They are not members of this forum

B) All I said was that they were breaking the law. And that one of them put up a pretty bad website.

Slow it down and see for yourself *shrug*

I did, and all I see is someone putting a purse or handbag over her shoulder. In effect, I see nothing. The female officer standing right next to her saw the same thing.
