I almost never eat meat but just had got done working out so I had a turkey wrap on whole grain tortilla with lots of lettuce, tomato, spinach and also guacamole. No cheese and no mayo. And a pickle and some fresh orange.
 
Home alone this evening!...I fixed myself a steak, salad and buttered fresh mushrooms (cooked with butter & garlic salt). Dr. Pepper too. MY doggie Anita gave me those "puppy dog eyes"...so of course, I gave her some steak!

I smoked two Cornish game hens on the smoker tonight. Holds smoke flavor well and are very tender, but otherwise, they are basically just tiny ass chickens that costs twice as much.

My lunch was a black bean burger on a whole grain sandwich thin with baked sweet potato fries.

We had a long trip out of town today and I am feeling better. Can't wait to move, while out we went to Bob Evans for dinner. I had a "Wildfire Chicken Salad" for dinner.
 
Today it was Mexican Chicken, cooked by my mom. Always the best. :D

Yesterday was pot roast, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions with gravy.

Tonight is weigh-in (hope I did better this week), so we will be at Perkins for dinner.

Do you fry your fish outside? I have grills with burners.....the whole reason I got the burners was for fish.

No I fried it inside. We do fish on the grill too, but in fish grilling tools, no burners.
