Indian food, different curries, nan, dal, etc.

Satay shrimp, and various oriental foods with different kinds of rice. He even owns a large container of purple rice.

Various soups and stews in winter.

Chocolate caramels and different flavors of fudge. Cookies.

When on my own my dinner is most often and individual serving box of something.
 
Bottesini, you and I have the same taste for food. Love Indian, love shrimp, love soups and stews, and definitely love chocolate caramels and fudge.

Well, I confess I should be a little less fond of these. :lol:

But I plan to try to walk a lot for exercise when the weather cools.
 
What's the weather like where you are? It's finally starting to cool down where I am. Autumn weather finally on its way!

It is hot. We had a little cold last week, but sadly it has returned to hot with a vengeance.

Autumn is my favorite season, followed by winter, so I am a little disappointed.

Plus I have pretty bad asthma so it keeps me from getting out and walking much in the summer because of pollen.

(I like roasting marshmallows in fall. Just to keep this on track as Pepsi's food thread.)
In case you don't know, I live in Iowa.
 
Botti, I LOVE East Indian food, too, and various kinds of curries, spices..biriyani<sp>....have tried the purple and red rice and enjoy. Also like soups and stews, especially like soup w/different types of beans. Seems like your husband makes some wonderful things! There are also times when I just want to get a box of something or take-out, too -

Fall my favorite time of year also, we have the color changes, and the various holidays <For me>

of course I do love chocolate:D

I caught a cold, and my throat is sore. So it may be the only time this year you see me say, I am only drinking a Diet Pepsi and not eating! :aw:
 
I can honestly say that I don't usually eat while on the computer! I might have a glass of water or something next to me, but that's about it!

Mind you, I used to eat by the computer a lot. :Oops:

When I get a cold I drink hot tea with lemon. Have you try it?

I try not to do it but it turn into a habit with me ( it take time to read a lot of threads) but I had to put a stop to it with my son because he spill hot cocoa on my keyboard. :roll:

I have, but had kind of forgotten about it. I will try that tomorrow. For now I am about ready for bed. Have a good evening all. :wave:

Isn't it bad to be drinking soda when having a sore throat?

Why not drink warm tea with lemon? There's also Theraflu throat medicine... apple cider flavor and lemon flavor. They're good.

I didn't know it was bad. So that is news to me. I do plan to go the warm tea with lemon and honey today.
 
Sorry that you're sick, Bottesini. I'm sick, too. Not fun!

I just had some hot chicken and rice soup and coke zero. I don't have a sore throat, though. I've lost my voice. Guess that a virus has settled into my vocal cords. :eek3:

Hubby brought home large quantities of chocolate from Costco--yummy chocolate covered almonds and these excellent chocolate-covered macadamia nut clusters with caramel. I always feel like eating chocolate! :D
