I get a message on my Blackberry phone from time to time, and got one yesterday and another today. T-Mobile is my service provider. The sender is always "333" and the message is always: "You have been sent a message. You can view your message at my.t-mobile.com. Use your normal username and password to sign in."

It isn't an active link in that message, so if I sign in from either my BB or from my laptop, I still have to type in the website addy, so it isn't a "phished" website link trying to direct me to a fake site, you know what I mean? And it's the normal t-mobile website where I can view my billing, etc. However, I can never find any messages waiting for me from there. I don't understand if I'm being scammed, and if so, how? It's important to note that if I just type Unsupported Browser and log in, it directs me to my.t-mobile.com anyway. Anyone else get these 333 messages? If so, have you had any trouble or did you ever find any messages waiting for you?

I get the same message as well. I go to my account and nothing there. I never bothered to call support services. I don't know what it means.

I google on this for you and it seem that someone sent you a photo and you need to log on TMoblie site and go in your album to find the photo .

Here what I got from forums on google search - If you receive a text message from '333', go to MyT-Mobile > MobileLife (right side, you can't miss it) > Album

Try this and see maybe you got new photos sent to you not "messages" instead ..

You are totally right! I just found all these pixs that friends have sent me and I didnt know about! I just wonder why it doesn't tell me WHO sent them (I can figure it out by the pixs themselves) but why my BB doesn't tell me who, and when I look at the pixs it doesn't tell me online either who sent them. But at least now I know what these messages are. Thanks! :)

oh no, I must have received pics. Strange, when I go online on my computer to my tmobile account there is nothing?? Odd.

Thanks, TechBill! I clicked that link found ALL the pics sent to me. I can't figure out who sent them to me on some of them, any hints?

I google on this and did not find any hints as to how to find out who send you the pix

But I did find some answers on google how to make it send future pictures to your phone with "who"

Answer stated to send a picture to your own phone number from your own phone then the phone will be registered with the network and then future pictures will be sent to your phone with who it from.

So try sending picture from your own phone to your own phone number and see if that register your phone.

Then ask a friend to send you a picture next.

Thank you! I sent myself a pix from my own phone and it came up as 333. Sent it again, and it came up with MY name! :) So you are right. And I didn't have to go to t-mobile to see the pix - it came right through to my phone.

Oceanblue, since that worked, you could do the same. That way you won't have to go to t-mobile, and you'll know who sent them.

Weird how this was coming up as 333 until I did this. Thanks again, TechBill.

Your Welcome and I am glad it worked out.

Also remember I use Google to research this so it wasn't from me but from the result of the Google search from other people advices :D

Try sending a picture from your own phone to yourself

Google search result show tha it will register the phone to network to send your own phone first.

and then you can ask friend to test send you a picture and it should send picture with your friend name too.

Maybe it's the same what Mac in CSI New York was stalked by stranger (he receive phone call and got hung up at exactly 3:33 and whenever he go and he get phone call and got hung up and he saw 333 in CSI-NY serie)

Wish you good luck being stalked by "333" stranger

Ahh, Thanks for this. I had wondered about receiving these "333" messages on the text and now I know what to do.

I just had checked on my album and whoops, I got a lot of pictures in there that went unchecked.

This thread was definitely helpful! :)

Blackbery should open the pic for you on the BB browser..

Send yourself picture from your phone to your phone.

It should register your phone and future photos should go directly to the phone
