I wonder have you thought about what kind bc? I'm very sensitive with bc, so right now I'm on bc shot its only one that's working for me.
I bled for 3 months and 1 week straight its much longer than normal, most women lasted 2-3 weeks. So if you bleed don't freak out and stop, keep taking it for 6 months if it doesn't stop at end of 6 months talk to doctor about different one.
Since you had kids you can get iud its T shaped plastic thing really small doctor put up inside to block the fallopian tube its where eggs go through from ovary to uterus. So iud block the tube so eggs can't get though so you can't get pregnant and best thing is there's chance you won't have period after 3-6 months and don't need change iud for 5 years then after 5 years get new iud. Jason sister have it and she said you only get cramps from doctor put it in for 1-3 days then light bleeding for few weeks then some women have normal period some don't have any period and you're done for 5 years.

I understand what you mean... I have seen my wife braf..... on new year... nice going... heh... it going be the memory forever.. (ahem)...

What I told my wife that whenever she got hurt or not feel well.. I do as my best to speaking in positive way... I learn that about that baby develop.. it interest part is SAC. The sac is picking up from juice such as acid from food. So it is like you feel heart burn or something.. I use my term word and say to my wife.. good for you.. you blend for kid to feed time!

It help my wife forget and punch me... so it help her :)
 
Unprotected sex can lead to pregnancies. No matter how 'experienced' the male is. My suggestion to you in BC is to get a vaginal ring or IUD right away after birth. These can give you months of long term protection.

perhaps instead of BC, why not get your tubes tied ? I am not sure how you deleivered your first born, but if you happened to have C section the second time around, that is the best time to have it done. My wife had hers tied after the 3 child. We agreed that if she deleivered normally, I would get cut otherwise, its only 10 mins more of surgery time along with c-section for her.

Anyway- I hope things work out for you.

i rather any girls who are over LATE 30's or 40's to have their tube ties. over years, things do change between 20 years old to 40 years old. :cool2:

I agree , but men can have surgery too without the mothers enduring surgery. It's supposed to be more simple and faster for men to be snipped then tie ladies tubes. All I am saying, we all need to be more aware that if a lady goes under c section, the tube tying SHOULD be on their mind so they can decide if they want it done or not. Who wants men to unnessary have surgery if it can be avoided and insurance will cover it. When we had out first child with c section, no one mentioned tube tying. I wouldn't trade my children for anything int he world as I love all 3, but we didn't think about it till the third, when 2 is enough. NO regrets with the third child, but IMHO it should have been been mentioned to us the second time around and we could have the option. Thats the key here - having options. :P

yes thats understandable. But IN MY OPINION, for any ladies in 20's is not recommended to have a tube tie unless the health reason. aww I dont know if its easier for women to tie them than men. You know women's tube ties are pretty complicated than guys' tubes. hell I wonder how many guys/husbands would be willing to go for "snip snip". :laugh2: i know few guys are too chicken not to get snip snip.

I was told if i want to tie mine since im over 35. I turned it down since i am not toooooo sure if i am up to third. :giggle: I am still not sure about it. I am not yet hitting 40's but prettty close! :shock: if i hit 40 and happen to be in a mood to have third baby. i would say to myself, "thank god i didn't tie mine". So i have to wait a little more time.
 
yup - i agree.:D thats the options i wass talking about. and yeah I am too chicken to get snipped myself, but ill do it if needed. Oh did i mentioned I watched the whole tube tying process ? Its pretty cool, but it nothing compared to medical text books. :hmm: Hmm i just relized something, I have seen the insides of a lady that most never ever will see. It's pretty cool if you think about it.(excluding doctors and nurses)
 
i read people articles says the View co-hosts Elisabeth Hasselbeck is expecting number 3! but she had 2 children but she had daughter who 3 years old and her son will become 1 years old this Nov. its so hard for her!

Well, if your son wakes up early, can't you just turn the TV on and he can just watch the show? That's what I do...he gets up like 7 or 8 in the morning, and I just turn the tv on in my bedroom on the channel he likes and I just go back to sleep....He would just watch tv and play with his toys as I sleep for another hour or so. It works.... :) Perhaps you can do that?

Another thing to add...if you want advice on the Birth Control, I would suggest to use Patch as for BC...that's what I use. You just have to change the patch once every week and then on third week, you just leave it off to start your period or put it on to skip a period. It's easy...just an idea for BC after you had your second child. I wouldn't get the shot...I already had that and that was horriable, my mood was so depressing and I was snapping at everyone...plus you gain weight from it. So I would suggest a patch, not the Deppo Shot. Just an Idea...
 
About BC... sorry to add my 2 cents, but oestroprogestative BC is forbidden for me, and progestative ones made me unable to sleep. So I have no other choice than IUD.
Is there in the USA only progestative patch or an only progestative ring ?

Damienmommy, have you tried IUD or any progestative BC ?
