I wondering how people would be reacting if the woman had refused to supply the candy if the children supported Macain?

Since the kids themselves can't vote it wasn't fair to deprive them of candy. Maybe she was a secret Obama supporter and this was just a tact to make Macain supporters look bad.

Civil War? Granted, The closer the election is, it becomes a lot more intense. That's no secret but honestly, I don't think it is bad enough to cause a Civil War or much less, divide the whole country.
 
What an idiot!!!! The meaningless of the politics to the kids could understand the political system. It was soooo disgusted and mean. It is not even related to Halloween. It is soooo ridiculous. Well, the day is over. I am ready to vote this Tuesday.

There are people who think rioting will break out in the streets if Obama wins the election. I highly doubt that will happen. Personally, I think it's just another scare tactic to try and get people not to vote for Obama. :roll:

If this had been an Obama supporter who refused to give candy to children of McCain supporters, I'm sure the reaction would still be the same. After all, wrong is wrong no matter who's responsible for doing this.

I actually have heard this will happen if he loses and I fear it. I hope it doesn't happen, but we have shown in the past that some groups of people CAN BE very stupid. It doesn't bode well for maturity, but some people feel justified in the action. All we can do is vote our conscience and hope for the best.
