Wanted: Part-time house maid. Deaf, HOH or hearing.

Pay: Approximately $30/week, work only 3 to 4 hours a week, usually on weekends.

Qualifications: Some hotel work (as a hotel maid) is a plus. Experience in cleaning windows, shower doors, vaccumming, etc. You must be able to lift 20 pounds. Honest, hard-working is also a plus.

Be able to come over my house on your own (walking, bus, bicycling, or drive a car). Perfer a local resident of Riverside, California.

Fluent in ASL or English. Maybe in Spanish? I don't speak Spanish, but I can learn it if you speak only Spanish.

Must be able to come over my house on your own (drive a car, walking, bicycling, etc).

I used to work for my aunt cleaning houses and got $200 each week.. :thumb:
 
$30 a week is way too low. Most average $100-200 a week for cleaning someone's house. My gf was paid $100 for ONE day worth of work, sometimes she gets $200.

They be ur loyal slaves for 2 yrs for less than 320 bucks each.

They dont complain of the work. They dont ask you to order pizza the minute they get here, they dont do drugs, they dont make your coin collection disappear, they dont bring their smelly and sometimes paranoid friends over to drink, smoke, or maybe watch porn.

They dont have quickies in the bathroom like I caught the deaf cleaners having a rump in one of my client's home.

All u gotta do is start it every day before u go to work and then come back home to a clean carpet and the robot mostly makes it back to it's dock in time for you to find and empty the basket inside the robot. They have robot mops too and bathroom tub cleaner. But all that gotta cost u good money.

So, it's only 3-4 hours a week...but at $10/hr? I can make more than that by walking my neighbor's dog.

You're in SoCal, buddy. Pay like it or you won't find anyone over the age of 16 to take that position. It's simple supply and demand.

I live near LA... no way i would work for you...You Cheapskate..... too low.... most of friends i know.. make more money than you pay for...
 
Not only are you asking for a maid, but you are asking for a maid with special qualifications (being fluent in ASL) being a maid alone you are going to have to pay more then that, but when on top of that you ask that the person have other special qualifications youre going to have to put more money on top of that.

In southern california, for 30 dollars a week even if it is for 3-4 hours a week you would be rather lucky to find someone willing to even spit on your windows much less actually clean them.
 
I might be paranoid about this, but whoever considers this should be careful. As mentioned the pay is low. Alarm bells went off for me. This guy could be looking for something besides a housecleaner.

I'd be wary.

This is a BIG RIPOFF...I know one deaf who cleans apts or house...she makes about 100 bucks a day.... Something is WEIRD about you...
 
I wouldn't take that...30 dollars is way too low beacuse look at the gas price? My time to drive to Riverside, etc..sooo it should be 100 to 150 a week. You think gas is cheap? NO! It is expenisve!!!

Sooo it is rip off!

Sorry, your offer are not best. 30 dollar week are not good for people to support their lives.

If i Hired a Maid she get paid $375 a week.She has a choice living in my basement appartment and pay $550 a Month Or Go look someplace else to live.
