R - Looking for suggestion for TTY/TDD and translation services for a mental health call center. Currently looking at NexTalk.
Hello everybody. This may be a little unconventional but I work for a non-profit that does various things helping the community with mental health issues. One of our biggest departments is our call center. Until now our state department offered a TTY/TDD and translation service that we have utilized but will no longer be offering it. This service isn't used daily but has saved lives in the past. I've looked into nextalk but am wondering if any of you could suggest a better service?
