Top Gear is one of my favourite TV shows even though I am not a petrol head.

The US version of Top Gear was recently released. And, I have to admit, I am impressed. A lot of people in Oz seem to like it, too. What do you think about the show? Good? Bad? :)
 
Its not as good as the show from across the pond. But it still has its moments. I will never forget the Moonshine running episode.

I agree that the UK version is still the best. But, if you think the US version is an embarrassment, then I can assume you haven't seen the Australian version. :)

Considering the TGUS is still new, I think it will improve over time. IMO, the earlier episodes of TGUK was not as it is today...

Oh yeah, the Moonshine episode was good. Being an outsider, it is nice to see some American history/culture. :)
