To enchance the AllDeaf Experince:

1. Enter home, office or dorm room, preferably via door or window. Use of key may be required.
2. Locate switch for overhead light or desk lamp.
3. Using switch, turn on overhead light or desk lamp. Note: If it is currently daytime and no artificial light source is required, please skip Steps 2 and 3 and proceed directly to Step 4.
4. Using eyes, locate computer in your home, office or dorm room.
5. Using legs, proceed via an erect walking motion to the computer's exact location.
6. Clear away unsightly stacks of files and paper from in front of, on top of or beside your computer to create unhindered sight lines.
7. Sit down in front of your machine. Note to laptop users: Be careful not to stand during the following steps as you may lose your lap and send your computer crashing to the floor (if this happens, please consult owner's manual for location of nearest factory-authorized repair shop).
8. Wipe off any coffee, water or tear stains from keyboard. A vacuum with a special attachment may also be used at this stage to dislodge any dustballs or cat fur lodged in the keyboard.
9. Find power switch at front of computer. If your computer's power switch is located on the side or back of the unit, please reach around.
10. Turn the computer on.
11. At this stage, it's important to check that you have a properly enabled Internet device. You will need a dial-up modem or broadband connection, a Web browser, a mouse and a power plug. (Minimum system requirements: Netscape 1.0 or above, Internet Explorer 2.0 or above.)
12. Note to users of Commodore 64, Atari or WebTV: Significant hardware and software upgrades (not supplied here) may be required in order to install "Glow in the Dark Web Site."
13. Using the Web browser of your choice, access the Internet and log onto www.alldeaf.com. If you're already at the site, please skip steps 1 through 12 and proceed directly to step 14.
14. If you do not have a PC or Mac, find a friend or relative who will let you access their PC or Mac and access the site there. Then utilize "print" command to create a virtual version of the site (note: printing out this site does not provide optimal viewing of the site's "glow in the dark" technology).
15. Once you have completed the download for the "glow in the dark" site on your desktop or laptop, step away from the machine while leaving power "on" (laptop users should exercise caution while standing up and stepping away).
16. Locate switch for overhead light or desk lamp.
17. Turn off overhead light or desk lamp. If it is daylight outside and you have not utilized an alternate light source skip the first part of this step and instead draw your curtains or close your blinds.
18. Be amazed and amused at the unfolding wonders of the world's first "glow in the dark" web site. If the web site does not glow in the dark, doublecheck to make sure the room is dark.
19. Notify your friends about this easy-to-install (just 20 steps!) "Alldeaf" glow in the dark web site. Email notification is the recommended method, but phone or carrier pigeon also work.

that's ok, if I wasn't divorced I would be dead or in jail

Ok, where is the back-up plan in case if there was no electricity?

1) Walk in dark.
2) Hit the edge of desk with toe.
3) Using hands, search through the mess on desk for matches.
4) Find the match.
5) Light the match.
6) Find a candle.
7) Bring the flame to the wick.
8) Look for other candles.
9) Wait for electricity to come back on.
10) Repeat step 9 until light comes back on.
11) Blow candles out (optional)
12) Follow the directions of the original poster.
