Another abuse by the police officers and I suppose that Hawthorne, California might be a small town. Of course, there were no training for the officers to learn how to communicate or treat disabilities with respect. It is a shame there are always some or a lot of misunderstanding about the d/Deaf plus Hard Of Hearing along with other disabilities. Do we have to put up with this bad treatment from the officers like that? Geeze.
