Phonak Battery Doors

Quick question, I've given up trying to get this answered by them: is it possible to have a Phonak hearing aid which has audio shoes AND a safety battery lock? Because you swap the battery case to the modified one to fit the shoes, I can't work out if/how you can keep the paediatric battery lock on there. Since most users of audio shoes are kids, why would the two be incompatible?
