Wait a minute. Oh Pat is male right? I know they are conversative brother-sister commentrators.

Interesting! I didn't know that. Yes, Pat is male. :)

Who is happy? Who is happy? I AM! I AM!

There's definitely a lot of pressure on Obama though....

Only one thing I ponder is the judicial branch who do them there?

Senate = lawmaking
House = reps

At the Federal level, those would be the Courts, all the way up to the Supreme Court.

Senate and House do the law-making, the Courts interpret them when the need arises.

Fox said...

Obama 297 - McCain 145

A landslide!

All the courts? I thought it was just the Supreme Court that makes up the one branch?

Thanks for making more clear here, Tousi!

Boy, I must be some old fart that forgot those little things over time since school years ago! :lol:

I agree, Obama will have a lot to work on when he becomes the president.

By the way, Congratulations to Barack Hussien Obama becoming the 44th President of USA!

One thing I find interesting, always follows history.

Blacks got voting rights before women did..

Now first black voted into President before woman.

Wow! We have all witnessed a very important part of American history!

We've certainly come a L-O-N-G way as a country since the 1950s!

Congratulations, Barack Obama!! :D :cheers::dance::dance2:

Grandma "Toots" is now smiling down upon you! :D

Time to do the happy dance!

Yep so true! Hope he could overturn some of the mess ahead is just what we all need! Go home, Bush!

Congratulations to the new President-to-be.

Then where do you place the Supreme Court?

I thought only Supreme Court is the Judicial Branch. I don't remember the federal courts under Supreme being part of the branch. Am I wrong?
