Yup!

Sad! She got plastic surgery. In the state of Florida Medicaid no longer pay for circumcisions for baby boys. Because it is considered a cosmetic thing.

I highly doubt any doctor will even attempt to do such again.

She will probably get the doors slammed in her face due to the public reaction she is getting now.

I had that same idea about teachers' doing that all the time (no teacher aids). They need to keep order to manage each childs' whereabouts. I have worked with an afterschool group of 15 children to supervise and interact with while they wait for their parents to pick them up.
