NO 3D movies with CC??

Why is there NO 3D movies with CC whether its open captioned or with rearview captions? I don't get it! I'd like to have BOTH!!
 
They played A Christmas Carol in 3D in UK and it was open captioned. So far, they haven't done that here.
 
I thought that I saw Either Avatar or Alice in Wonderland with both RWC & 3D?

I might be wrong ... but I'm fairly sure that they are showing 3D movies with RWC (you just have to catch it while it's playing with RWC ... which here is the first 1-2weeks)
