New section or sub-section for writing help?

Some posters in another thread suggested that it might be beneficial to start a new section (or sub-section) for posters seeking help with English grammar and writing. It would NOT be a place to criticize the English grammar of other posters. It would be a positive place for posters to request tutorial help, proofreading, or writing suggestions. It could also be a source for discussing tricky English euphemisms and idioms, or offering tips for learning some of the grammar and spelling "rules".
