Cook them in the mirowave, so that way you will know the amount you are eating each meal. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, drink water instead. And it will help you go back to sleep without carrying more caffeines or calories. </p><p></p><p>I hope a few would help you to get an idea. Alot of people has their own ways to lose weight or be on a diet.</p></blockquote><p></p>
