Maybe Sunny can hire Dallas to be her apartment manager. He can deliver the bas news and she still gets to decide who lives there. She can pay him the Cabadian equivelent of $5 bucks.

I just typed this long old post about why you should probably just be honest with her, but then I changed my mind.

If you're honest with her, though, just be careful.
Tell her, if anything, That you're still currently evaluating a couple different people's offers, and tell her not to take it personally if she isn't picked.
