I enjoyed watching the Globetrotters on TV. I never had the privilege of seeing them live. They were a talented team.
 
I saw them when I was little, and then my daughter took me to one a few years ago. I think the originals were more magical.

Part of that may be a result of what other things were available for the guys that were playing for them. They started even before the NBA really made a name for itself let alone the issue of race.
 
Do remember these guys...was a "wowie" watching them on our black and white TV....:giggle:...
 
I saw them once many, many years ago. My favorite memory was of Medowlark who would pass the ball to an opposing team member and when he reached for it, the ball would snap back to Meadowlark.
