Not an expert but I have some experience with AE cs4 and plugins. It has been many years since I was active with AE CS4.
I research online for any intel that can help me figure out how to make ideas (effects).
When I was not working on a project, I will watch different tutorials on whatever they got to offer.

Want or need help? Sure I can help you. I have AE CS6 I think… not sure about plugins.
