Long Haired Chihuahua Or Papillion?

Hmm, so, for the longest time we can't decide if my landlord's dog is a long-haired chihuahua or a Papillion or maybe even a cross between the two!

I mean, personally, it's those ears. They're so much like a Papillion.

I dunno, what do you guys think? He's a funny little dude
