I am a hearing guy living with my husband and menagerie of 2 cats and 3 dogs in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Besides my husband and menagerie, my greatest passions in life are medicine, computers, Burning Man, and learning languages.
Right now I am learning ASL and Spanish. I have been interested in ASL since I was a kid, but became more serious about learning it after hiring an engineer onto my team who is deaf.
I've been learning ASL from my deaf coworker, from Bill Vicar's online ASL courses, and watching deaf content on YouTube and other places.
