Hello all,
I'm 36 year old hearing woman. I live out in Colorado. My mother is recently HOH. I am learning sign to help her with signing but also because at my job I sometimes work with Deaf clients. I have taken ASL 1-3 at my local community college. But due to my full time job schedule, I am not able to continue on with those classes. I have attended local Deaf events but they are usually doing the work week so I'm often busy or tired if they are after work. Anyway, I just wanted to join and have more avenues to chat with Deaf, HOH and ASL learners.
