Hey, I'm Elyse. I have Auditory Processing Disorder, so I rely on lipreading quite often. I'm completely oral and actually don't know that much sign language, though I'm taking some classes on it when I start college in the fall.
My hearing is becoming worse as I'm getting older (and I'm only 18, so I don't know how much I'll have when I'm even older)
I figured I'd join and get to know some members of the deaf community. Anybody else with APD here? How do deaf people look at those with APD?
