Hello everyone. I'm a college student and I will be studying abroad in Tubingen, Germany from Jan. 5th to 24th. I'm Deaf and I can sign in ASL (not GSL). My classmates are all hearing and they don't know the sign language.

I'm looking for Deaf Germans to sign with since I don't want to go through 3 weeks without chatting with anyone in sign language other than my interpreters. Do you know where I can find them?

Do you know german? Sprechen Si deutsch?
 
I'm confused since I know ASL. Although I'm willing to learn GSL in order to communicate with Deaf Germans, written language works too. Are you living in Germany?

i´m in Berlin ;) I do know some gsl, asl not at all... hehe ^^;
