Free and Cheap Deaf-Friendly Ways to Travel the World

I have traveled to 18 countries and in a couple of weeks I will start adding more to my count! I have learned a lot of ways to travel cheaply, but it's taken some practice. Everyone throw in ideas of how to you have traveled for free or cheaply--I want to try your methods!

write to 'society of friends'Quackers.i travelled world stayed in afew meeting houses or with members...NO JESUS stuff i not religious slept on mattress in Sidney house cost me £15 for full week and they gave breakfast..deaf made no difference,stayed deaf couple in fijia..this was about 5yrs ago

Update: I've now been to 28 countries with these methods. I'm going to update the blog to keep up with all the methods I've discovered! It's exciting to see how many of these work!
