download P3?

Can anyone, even a hearie, download P3 in his computer w/ webcam?
 
Anyone can download it. However, you need to register for a purple number and there is a agreement section where you say you accept the terms and certify you are deaf/HOH. If you break the agreement for example sgin up for a purple number as a hearing for your own personal use, this is fraud.
 
P3 software is only video and text relay. I don't think it has direct connection from a P3 to another P3.
 
What you know... it works.

I had assumed wrong that it is only video relay since it says so there and has relay stuff by the number text field.
