I really enjoyed this video of what appears to be a double merle Sheltie <happens to be deaf and blind>, learning various tricks -apparently she's got her Novice Tick Dog title. There does happen to be music playing in the video but I just liked watching the dog

Thats neat! Instead of voice or hand gesture commands, its hand taps to various body parts.

for watching, Cappy- Yes, I noticed that. As a trainer i've worked with deaf dogs and less often, a dog who is deaf with what would be called low vision in a person, and I used a lot of touch for that; will also use touch at home with my own dogs, who are hearing and sighted.
