I am deaf in one ear. Have a loud noise in it..cant hear much with other ear for the noise!! Is there anything that can b done 4 me?

Bluegrass, if I recall my anecdotes correctly, if you get a cochlear implant, that noise should go away. Now having said that, I'm sure you know not to go get an implant without thoroughly checking that out.....best wishes....
