Deaf school kids

I'm tired of at school being ignored I'm deaf I can't walk or speak and am 5% blind due to a car accident and I am ignored a lot and I just sit in the back and never move I just stay on my phone and they thinking stupid and don't know how to use it True I am retarded for my age but I can still get a grip and learn if I could

You're not retarded! You're just not in the right school setting. Could you attend a School for the Deaf? Your current setting sounds awful!
