Sorry to be off topic..but on tv this morning, i missed some of it but they were talking about having people with depression like bi polar start eating certain food, more of it in fact like lots of veggies, fruit, nuts, not too much meat or non at all and the studies noted that the group who ate these right food no longer have depression and is not on meds anymore and the other group who ate junk food and is on meds did no good, in fact got worse! So it does make difference what kind of food you eat! I know a lady who has severe bi polar depression never eats right..in fact, she hardly eats cuz she was worried about gaining weight (shes darn skinny!)..that could be why she is severely depressed. I wonder if she start eating more veggies, fruit and all, it might cure her? Pretty interesting though......any thoughts on this?
