Hello all,
Does anyone have a recommended app that allows a hard of hearing person to use a couch to 5 K app? I am interested in running and trying to use my
iPhone as an helpful tool to achieve my goal. I get the feeling I may just have to find a personal trainer for this help or try to do this on my own somehow.
