Hi everyone,

This doesn't have anything to do with hearing; it's a project for my class. It's about customer service and service desks. I just wanted answers from people other than hearies.

A. Have you ever contacted a service desk for support?
B. How did you contact the service desk?
C. Did you interact with an analyst via the telephone or chat?
D. Did you use any self-service?
E. What were your expectations when you contacted the service desk?
F. Did the service desk set your expectations or were you left to set them on your own (for example, did the service desk indicate how quickly calls, chats, emails, and so forth would be answered)?
G. Were your expectations met?
