He may have lived in Cleveland, but there's a nationwide search for him. Little Rock is in "the nation". Some of your links even say he could be out of Ohio.

As a Cleveland native, I am disappointed that Cleveland has a bad reputation as "the most dangerous city." Oh, please. :ugh:
