CI surgery and Sleep Apnea

Those of you who have sleep apnea, I was wondering if you had to bring your CPAP machine to surgery.

You'll be intubated for the procedure, but I'd have it written that post-surgery you're extubated directly to CPAP (they can "bleed" O2 into the CPAP if needed) and remain on it until you're completely awake.

Keep in mind that you'll need CPAP headgear that will accommodate the surgical site (I'd make sure all that was sorted out well in advance in case you need to switch headgear.)
