Can you help me how solve the plm built-in Webcam in my new a laptop? I am very frustrated! does download EnVisionSL. I cant find it huh?

LOL! It was done download last weekend. I am very interesting that when my new laptop opened and push on EnVision EL work it. When I chatted with someone done. I push red cross. after that it not work till restart again ah! I learned lesson and leave it alone webcam till shut down. WIRED!

yes it was mistake. i was accident type wrong. which is suppose to be just click download then click EnVision SL. instead of click download then click sorenson EL. <----wrong one that where I first post mistake.
