I've read different thoughts on Beltone. Granted I don't have much experience with HA's but the service I've had since 2012 has been outstanding. On my last visit to the office I voiced some concern about difficulty hearing and we discussed custom ear molds. I was told I get them free and to try them. So far they are working out excellent. As of a week ago I started having problems with my HA's losing all volume. I went to the office today to have them assessed. The tech looked at my contract and told me that my 3 year warranty expires in 1 month. He said lets just send them back for service. They'll gut them and put all new components in the shells. They'll be like new HA's and you'll have an added 1 year warranty. He set me up with a set of loaners until mine come back. All this at no charge to me.
Now this might be typical for other companies and I don't know but I think this is good service. He could have tried a fix in the office and waited until my warranty ran out.
