"BEEF POT PIE "
Don't worry this recipes don t use real pot LOL just kidding!
Shopping list: Bell peppers, beef, mixed frozen vegetables, brown gravy mix, pie pastries, onions, oil.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 whole white onions chopped
1/2 green bell peppers chopped
2 cups cooked beef or cubed or shredded
2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
1 (.87-ounce) envelope brown gravy mix
2 prepared refrigerated pie pastries
Dirtections:
1. Preheat oven 350 degree. Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat, Add onions and bell peppers. Cook until vegetables aer tender about 5 to 1o minutes.
2. Add beef and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Prepare gravy according to the package directions and add to the skillet, stir gently combine.
3. Fit one Pastry into a 9-inch pie dish pan. Spoon beef and vegetable mixture into the pastry.
4. Top beef mixture with remaining pastry. Seal edges with a fork. Cut 3 steam vents into the crust. Bake until the crust is golden brown and filling bubbly about 35 minutes.
