AT&T finally wises up by expanding FT over cellular to ALL customers by year end

Then until people realize, they went over the usage bytes. :aw:

:thumb: But I still have jailbreak iPhone 5.

Your iPhone broke as it cannot turn on and bring to Apple for repair. Apple find a way to turn on and realize it's jailbreak then your warranty void. :hmm:

Don't worry about it. If its broken down, I can restore it and remove out Jailbreak feature.

Nope, you should be worried about because it WON'T be cheap. It would be close as cheap as just buy another one.

If broken down like bad home button or bad sleep button or bad port plug then no way to restore firmware without them. You need use home button and sleep button to DFU mode. Once home button broke and you screwed up and stuck with jailbreak. :laugh2:

Not unless the phone is 'bricked' then you got to buy new one.

I tested calling my ipad 2 from my iphone over cellular. It worked! :D

Use tethering from your jailbroken iphone to WiFi iPad 2? Right?

No, I don't use tethering from my iphone because I have not downloaded jailbroken app. I used my iphone over cellular to make contact with my ipad 2 (at home) on a test. It worked because I did not receive a warning box saying, "please change your data plan." Thank god.

I know about it. I always turn off WIFI hotspot if not in using tethering in all day. I never received warning box from AT&T. :)

The brick is extremely rare, non-existent on iPhone.

Um, no smartphones of any kind is immune to brick. Some put root/flash or jailbreak the wrong way or inadvertently corrupted beyond repair.

I don't say "immune" but very rare - usually defective.

Some iPhone with original firmware (non-jailbroken) bricked after flash went broken so Apple had to replace it under warranty - those cases are rare.

I had jailbroken my iPhone numerous time without any issue.

Wirelessly posted (sent from a smartphone. )

I bricked my Samsung Galaxy S once or twice flashing the ROM. I got it unbricked, a relief. That was in 2010 or so.
