Working backwards is hard.

I'm trying to remember what the English GLOSS for and ASL sign is - and it's just disappeared from my brain! (The meaning in both ... so I can't even use it in context)

I don't live in an area with a lot of ASLers now (and having moved halfway across the country, I'm not even sure it's used where I live now).
I used to use ASL all the time (involved in the DC, had 'Terps all through college) but here the Deaf Community is tiny - I sign less, speak more (not ideal) and some of the connections between languages are clearly getting lost.

The ASL is an I/J at the shoulder, in the same location as THEOLOGY, or the initial contact point for WE/ OUR/ US etc ... the I/J palm faces towards mid-line, and is a double tap that sweeps inward (almost like "digging something out of the contact point"), not down or out.

Juggling 3 languages is tricky, and I have some memory issues as well as APD etc that causes odd moments like this.

It'll bother me until I can figure it out.
Thanks

I know I'll feel stupid as soon as someone posts.
