Hell no, dial up is worse. I'm using cable. I'm still pissed with my ISP. Nothing I could do at all because like I say before it's my only ISP in my area

Upload speed is not good for video conference. download speed is fair. Need over 256 k upload for video. What is name of your internet? I will look for another Puerto Pico internet. Let you know soon.

There are several ISP in Puerto Rico, the best is DMAX but unfortunately it's not available for my area because of signal. Right now my ISP is Cable Choice TV. I live in Aguada, a west city in P.R. Let me know if you find anything.
