Article comparing VRS services


I am writing an article comparing VRS services and I have a few simple questions.

1. What don't you like about VRS? For example, hearing people hang up within the first 5 seconds because it sounds like a telemarketer. Or when VRS fails to portray your "tone of voice"

3. What service or feature do you rely on most? For example
