The gist of the speech was this:
Obamas send out condolences to the Chileans on behalf of the American people, offered assistance to Chile as well.

There are warnings for Hiwaii, Guam, and American Samoa, as well as the West Coast of the United States.

Death toll now 147 in Chile.

About 50 miles off the coast of Okinawa, in the Pacific Ocean.
