Anyone upgraded to Lollipop yet?

I am working on it now.

Love it or hate it?

Lets discuss it!

 I haven't heard of it till just now in your post! :hmm:

but i guess my 4 years old HTC Sensation which I still use, won't be supporting it, soon in Jan/Feb I'd get a new Samsung S5 or similar

I may get a new phone soon to replace my dying one. What kind, I do not yet know, but hopefully it'll be something far better than the piece of #@!$ I'm using now, but once I have it, I'll let you know what I got.

Maybe this would help, this is history of Android OS:

Alpha (1.0)
Beta (1.1)
Cupcake (1.5)
Donut (1.6)
Eclair (2.0–2.1)
Froyo (2.2–2.2.3)
Gingerbread (2.3–2.3.7)
Honeycomb (3.0–3.2.6)
Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0–4.0.4)
Jelly Bean (4.1–4.3.1)
KitKat (4.4–4.4.4)
Lollipop (5.0)

got it...

wow.. I only just heard about the KitKat one....

My android is from the dark ages lol (4 years old at least...); I will probably get a Galaxy 4 (or Note 3) as the gifter has a price limit lol)- just have to go and get it- once I decide whether to stick with TMobile or move to verizon...

I went to Best Buy store and saw new HTC Nexus 9 with Android 5.0 Lollipop. I played with it. It seems flawless and quickly respond. I really like it.

Lollipop update will coming to my HTC One M8 in January/February.

I forgot to tell ya. Mobile P3 is working on Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Why do thy call it an Android Lollipop ? So kids will want it ??

I doubt it-

judging from the list it's just another 'code' name and they seem to keep it to food related themes. Kind of cool if you ask me- developers, programmers etc get bored so they get creative with names lol. Much like Windows and Apple (Snow Leopard? Panther? Hmm okay...)

Also if you look at list, starting after Beta, it is sweet/dessert type food.

Sounds good, but I have no plans to upgrade my phone at this time. There is always new features coming once in a great while. Still using KitKat (Version 4.4.2)

same here - still using kit kat. I came out of gingerbread dark ages when I upgraded the phones. sprint wouldnt move on from GB as they claimed its stable and newer versions is unpredictable. sigh ..

My lg wont get update till next year.. maybe.

I hear that Lollipop come with short-cut black-on-white to white-on-black. Confirm?
